How we keep health content safe.
Every health piece we publish is planned with you, checked at the source and signed by a licensed clinician. Here is what that means for your practice.
- 01
We plan with the professional
Each topic starts with the healthcare professional responsible for it. Together we agree the subject, the audience, the country and the channel, and which services and credentials can be described.
- 02
Every claim has a source
Health statements are traced to the responsible professional and appropriate evidence. Photography, interviews, voice and video are planned without ever collecting patient records.
- 03
The final version is reviewed
A licensed clinician reviews the complete piece: visuals, copy, voice, subtitles and any page it links to, because together they form one message.
- 04
Permits are planned in advance
Where a market requires a permit for health advertising, we build it into the plan for that country and keep its reference, conditions and validity with the published piece.
- 05
Signed, then published
Only the signed version goes live. Later edits are checked again before republishing, and withdrawal requests are handled promptly.
