What we collect
We collect the details you choose to submit: name, email, brand or practice, optional website, market, plan and message. This website does not request patient information or medical records. Plans are paid by card in your client account, not on this website.
How we use it
The Xaen team uses your details to respond, recommend the right plan and plan the work. Enquiries pass through Xaen’s contact service and email. Sending a brief does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Website services
The website is hosted on Vercel, fonts are served by Google Fonts, and current prices are shown from our store. These services may receive technical connection information needed to provide the site, such as an IP address and browser request. This website uses no behavioural analytics, advertising pixels or session recording.
Your information and requests
Do not submit passwords or sensitive information. Enquiry information is used to handle the request and manage any relationship that follows. To request correction or deletion, or ask about handling, email hello@xaen.ae and mention Marfa.
